The "16°DEGRES" project is the result of a strong desire on the part of the Panda Events team to make official a project that has been underway for the last few years.

A very significant part of its programming is therefore dedicated to this emerging scene: in 2022, out of 325
artists, 199 of whom are emerging professionals from the Côte d'Azur.
